Kelvin gave us the most thorough and comprehensive service in relocating Bertie, our labradoodle from Singapore to the UK. His attention to detail and organization skills meant that Bertie was extremely well taken care of during his journey. Bertie arrived happy. It was with much trepidation that we started the process to move our two pugs, Archie and Bonnie, from Singapore to Hong Kong in 2012. We had heard so much about the difficulty of transporting pugs (because of the respiratory problems associated with short-nosed breeds) that we had expected an arduous process. Moving pets is a stressful experience even for short distances. Kelvin Koh provided us with more than peace of mind. He had good relationships with contacts at every point of our two cats’ journey from Singapore to New York via Frankfurt. He knew everything like the back of his hands – from the airline’s and airport's regulations to the facilities for the transportation of pets. Tuk Tuk and Tashi traveled in separate carriers with no tranquilizers, and a 4-hour layover in Frankfurt. They arrived in good shape in New York, and cleared the customs without any issues.
